The best thing about working at a yarn shop is applauding our customers and staff when they show what they’ve made. There’s so much reason for applause this month!
Jen designed this stunning chemise, and is developing the pattern so she can offer it through Ravelry. It was knit with Malabrigo Mora, a mulberry silk with incredible drape.
Carly finished knitting her Slant in record time! She was the winner of our Yarn Crawl Prize, and we were astonished to see her finished scarf when she came to pick up her prize. It looks great in these Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok greys.
Amy’s Chevron Baby Blanket is almost finished and we love her modern color choices of Berroco Vintage & Knitted Wit DK.
Mary chose Blue Sky Worsted Cotton for her Chevron Baby Blanket. It’s soft and ideal for blankets.
Kelly’s Chevron Baby Blanket has big bold stripes of Big Bad Wool Weepaca.
Suzanne’s Playing Checkers Baby Blanket is perfect in these colors of Berroco Vintage.
Olia’s Trimont Snood used just one large skein of Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok (though the pattern suggested more yarn).
Sarah quickly moved beyond beginner projects and impressed us with this fantastic Modular Triangle Shawl out of Tosh Merino Light.
Olia’s First Point of Libra looks so elegant in a gradient kit by Leading Men Fiber Arts, bordered by Malabrigo’s super soft Finito.
Shari’s 22 Little Clouds is bright and happy in Tosh Merino Light and Shibui Silk Cloud.
Hilary’s Kline Shawl nicely pairs Tosh Merino Light colors fog and optic.
Lindy’s Vertices Unite was a perfect pattern for her left overs of Swans Island Sport, Tosh Merino Light, and Malabrigo Finito.
And now… we have more Square-ish finishers to show off!
Lindy and Kelly made their Square-ish with Shibui Twig (graphite & mineral).
Francie made her Square-ish with Quince&Co Sparrow, plus a few stripes of Classic Elite Firefly.
Patty’s Square-ish out of Shibui Linen looks great with her summer patio outfit!
This is Shari’s 2nd Square-ish out of Shibui Linen. The blue looks amazing on her, but she’s generously giving it to her mother.
Mary used Shibui Twig and made a smaller Square-ish. It’s so cute with her shorts & blouse!
Mari got creative with her Square-ish and made a great color block version.
Chris couldn’t be cuter in her Square-ish with peach pants!
Kristine tried Square-ish out of Tosh Merino Light, with a different color for the front and back. It looks fantastic!
We all love wearing Square-ish, and we’re dreaming up new versions for Fall.
