The Asylum Fibers Pop-Up takes place Sunday, April 7th from 1pm to 4pm. Come meet the dyer, Stephanie and see her amazing bases and colors!
Asylum Fibers is a small hand-dyed business based in Connecticut. Stephanie was born and raised in a small town in central Maine, where most of her family still resides. Her mother is a fabulous quilter (Oak Grove Quilter) and is often Stephanie's right-hand woman in her booth at shows! Stephanie was a classical music major and now plays & sings in two (not-so-classical) bands Girlz in Treble & Floydian Trip. Working full-time in HR & Compliance in Manhattan, she dyes yarn at home the rest of the time. Her schedule is as crazy as it sounds, but this small business isn't going anywhere. As she likes to say, color fuels joy!
Stephanie is bringing a nice assortment of bases, most likely including but not limited to Luxe Fingering, Merino DK, Luxe Worsted, Merino Bulky, and Merino Super Chain. Keep scrolling for a sampling of her beautiful colors!
